Another evening brought with it another lecture from the man CNN dubbed “America’s conscience,” Jimmy Kimmel. On the same day he took a cheap swipe at Paul Ryan, Kimmel slammed the FCC chairman and the vote to repeal Obama-era net neutrality rules:
