As Twitchy reported earlier, Joe Biden held a press conference Monday and took about 12 questions from reporters who were lined up in a predetermined order. As Joe Concha reports, four of the first five questions were about President Trump:
First 5 questions for Biden, 4 focused on Trump. Non-Trump question was about an executive order relieving student debt. Biden occasionally looked at notes during some answers. Reporters stepped up to a microphone in a pre-determined order, they weren’t randomly called upon.

One question that wasn’t asked: What, exactly, is the Office of the President-Elect which Biden advertises on his podium and backdrop?

The “Office of the President-Elect” branding is next level propaganda that no previous administration has ever had to use to convince people that they are indeed a President Elect.

What is the "Office of President Elect"? I thought there is a law against pretending to be a federal government entity?

Didn’t become a thing until 2008, when, you know…

There is no such thing as. the Office of The President Elect. Especially if you’re not officially certified by the Electoral College. pic.twitter.com/wUXcLS7lnA

What is the “Office of the President Elect?”

That’s about as made up as “assistant to the regional manager”.

So, am I the assistant manager or the assistant to the manager.

Wasn't Obama the first to do this, complete with a seal of "office"?
— Laura Finsten, Gone for a long walk (@LFinsten) November 16, 2020
Barack Obama did it, and then Donald Trump did it too — even though Democrats still consider his presidency illegitimate. Twitter hadn’t invented its disinformation warning yet or we would have seen it in 2012.
Biden continually refers to calls he’s having with world leaders. Readouts of these calls are not being released to the press. With a few exceptions, press largely shrugs.

Yes, the press has already suggested that Biden hasn’t been the most available person to the media.
Biden took about 12 questions from reporters today. Not one was about the violence against Trump supporters in the streets of DC. No one asked him to condemn it. If Biden supporters were attacked, the only questions to Trump would be about violence, demanding that he condemn it.

And then immediately after he condemned it, Trump would be asked why he hadn't condemned it. Every day for the next four or so years. https://t.co/4Q2ilHCArs
