As Twitchy reported, at least eight people were killed and about a dozen injured Tuesday afternoon after a 29-year-old man drove a rental truck down a bicycle path in Manhattan. Investigators are still putting together the details of the incident, but it is being called a terrorist attack and the suspect is in custody.
