As Twitchy reported earlier, serial fabulist Rebekah Jones shared a story “so enraging, heartbreaking and brutal” that no one who heard it would ever support Florida Gov. Ron DeSantis ever again. Keep in mind that Jones has a lot of gullible followers who think she blew the whistle on DeSantis deliberately underreporting COVID-19 deaths in the state, and they certainly bought her story:
My family is not safe. My son has been taken on the gov's orders, and I've had to send my husband and daughter out of state for their safety.
THIS is the reality of living in DeSantis' Florida.

Her family is not safe? Her son is the one who was on the internet posting threats about shooting up a school. We feel for the kid … his mother is obviously not all there and he’s sharing a house with her, not to mention DNA.
Here she is claiming the press has video of her son being put in handcuffs at her house.

Oh, and those Snapchat “memes” he was allegedly arrested over? On one he’s written, “I’m feeling so silly I might shoot up a building full of people,” and on the other, featuring a cartoon of a brain saying, “Reach for the officer’s gun,” he’s written, “Me every time I see school security.”
