Gov. Ron DeSantis' press secretary gives Yahoo News a quote for their 'Don't Say Gay' story

As Twitchy reported, former press secretary for Florida Gov. Ron DeSantis Christina Pushaw resigned so that she could go to work on DeSantis’ reelection campaign. Bryan Griffin moved up to fill the slot, and he deals with the media in much the same way as his predecessor. For example, a reporter for Yahoo News sent an email entitled, “Quote for Yahoo re: Don’t Say Gay Bill.”

Sure, here’s a quote:

Good for him. Notice how the mainstream media will openly adopt the language of the progressives: If opponents call it the “Don’t Say Gay” bill, we will too. Plus, why give a quote when the story’s already been written by the opposition? We guess they needed a quote to make it “fair.”

You mean it doesn’t actually ban saying the word “gay”? What’s it about then?

Notice how quickly the mainstream media dropped “Inflation Reduction Act” as soon as the administration did and replaced it with “climate, health care, and taxes bill.” They never adopt the language of the Right.
