We’ve written before about demands that biological women be described not as women but as “menstruators,” “birthing people,” “vulva owners,” “people who bleed,” or “people who get pregnant and bleed.” In March, ABC News did a report on “pregnant and breastfeeding people,” but slipped up in its story and described them as “pregnant women.” CBS News is on board and has a report on how pregnant people are recommended to get the COVID-19 vaccine.
