The NY Post notices something alarming about how this election is being covered

We have known the bias against Republican and conservative-leaning political candidates for decades. The New York Post has apparently just picked up on the trend in this election cycle. Here is their piece on the coverage of Trump and the “collapse” of American journalism.

Some excerpts from the Post:

The largest broadcast networks — CBS, NBC and ABC — and major newspapers like The New York Times and Washington Post have jettisoned all pretense of fair play. Their fierce determination to keep Trump out of the Oval Office has no precedent.

Indeed, no foreign enemy, no terror group, no native criminal gang, suffers the daily beating that Trump does. The mad mullahs of Iran, who call America the Great Satan and vow to wipe Israel off the map, are treated gently by comparison.

The lack of aggression the national media have show toward the Clintons is unfathomable. An average investigative reporter could have a field day with the opportunities presented by Hillary.

Good point by Brit Hume. Even those who are not avid Trump supporters should be able to see the bias and vitriol directed toward Trump by the press. But when you’re a Republican running for president, it comes with the territory.
