REPORT: Barron Trump really thought that was his father's head

It’s only TMZ reporting this right now, but it’s being shared by Lynne Patton, former Trump employe, breakout star of the RNC in Cleveland and current HUD staffer:

From TMZ:

Trump family sources tell us Barron was in front of the TV watching a show when the news came on and he saw the bloody, beheaded image. We’re told he panicked and screamed, “Mommy, Mommy!”

As it was put to us, “He’s 11. He doesn’t know who Kathy Griffin is and the head she was holding resembled his dad.”

The president alluded to this earlier on Wednesday morning when he called out Griffin in a tweet:

Griffin has since apologized, but if this TMZ report is true, we don’t expect it will be accepted anytime soon:
