Troll-a-Palooza! Kellyanne Conway zings Hillary's slam on Trump after Ninth Circuit ruling

As we reported earlier, the Ninth Circuit Court of Appeals upheld a lower ruling putting a stop on President Trump’s executive action banning travel from seven countries. The Trump administration plans to appeal to the Supreme Court.
