The FBI continues to investigate Hillary Clinton’s private email server and her handling of classified information, and Attorney General Loretta Lynch was asked about it in a Senate hearing.
Lynch indicated that if the FBI were to recommend criminal charges against Clinton that the Justice Department would not be obligated to follow through:
