The Democrat Party is desperately looking for a presidential nominee for 2028. The party’s prejudices will likely keep Pennsylvania Governor Josh Shapiro from the ticket; he’s Jewish, and that’s a non-starter for the party’s DSA-loving ‘Free Palestine’ freaks. The party might look to Governors Gavin Newsom and Andy Beshear; however, their white skin color is an issue, and they check no diversity boxes. Kamala Harris is a DEI dream, but she’s already failed once: it’s unlikely they’ll make that mistake again. Her running mate, Tim Walz, says he knows who the party can coalesce around: Former Transportation Secretary Pete Buttigieg. He’s white but checks a major diversity box.

Kamala's first choice was to pick Pete Buttigieg for her running mate, but she thought he was too gay, so she went with Walz who is slightly less gay. Tim Walz probably isn't happy that he was Kamala's 2nd choice, so he won't support her. There's some bad blood.
