I voted for mass deportations of illegal aliens. We’re pretty sure you did, too. But, there’s always a handful of Republicans who refuse to listen. Florida Republican Representative Maria Salazar is breaking with President Donald Trump and essentially calling for an end to mass deportations now, with the goal of mass amnesty for illegal aliens in the future. Oh, María. Please give it up!

Americans need peace of mind that illegal aliens are back in their home countries. If they still wish to work in America, they can come back legally through our nation’s foreign labor programs.

The entirety of MAGA would revolt if Trump agreed to an amnesty program. It would be the antithesis of everything he campaigned on. Salazar can keep dreaming, but that’s all she has - an amnesty dream that has no chance of becoming a reality.
