Chicago Mayor Brandon Johnson is doing something utterly racist again. He’s using skin color as the basis for handing out grants. Yep, the Democrat leader is giving them out solely to black people. Why? As a form of reparations for slavery, of course. This overt racism has many asking for the Department of Justice to step in.
