CAIR's executive director: Homeless man killed by LAPD was unarmed

Nihad Awad, executive director of the Council on American-Islamic Relations (verified account), says the homeless man shown in a video being shot by Los Angeles police was unarmed. Interesting, then, that an LAPD officer can be heard shouting “drop the gun” just prior to the shooting.
