Piers Morgan: When is someone going to do something about child gun accidents?

Former CNN host Piers Morgan calls attention to a story about a two-year old boy who was accidentally shot by his three-year old sister. It’s a sad story, no question. If the risk of accidental child shootings justifies new government restrictions on guns, why isn’t Morgan also calling for stiffer regulation of swimming pools?
