Viral video: Vine user captures New Orleans shooting

Twitter user @_tucheAOG was shooting a Vine video at the moment a shooting occurred during a New Orleans Mother’s Day parade earlier today.

Unfortunately, the Vine video didn’t capture visuals of the shooter, but it did capture audio (language warning).
