We were all hoping for some fireworks from the rehash of “Crossfire” with Steph Cutter and Newt Gingrich, but all we got were dying embers. Maybe that’s the reason Katrina “let’s drone strike Americans” vanden Heuvel is spreading the rumor that CNN is going to ax Newt from the roster.
