I don’t even know how many posts we’ve done at Twitchy over the years documenting all the ways in which Joe Biden sucks. But I know that the number is at least in the high triple digits. Joe Biden is a liar, a thug, an idiot, a demagogue … you name it.
And if a silly little outlet like Twitchy can cover all that stuff, you’d think that the MSM could do it, too. They’re professionals, after all. They’ve got sources and resources that we just don’t have.
So you can imagine how impressed I am with Axios’ hard-hitting new scoop on the president:

We’ve been craving a story like this:
There’s a delicious (surf and) turf battle inside the Biden White House — over the president’s plate.
- The food fight has pitted Joe Biden — who prefers carbs over greens — against First Lady Jill Biden, who has been pushing the commander-in-chief to eat more fish and veggies whether he likes them or not (he doesn’t).
Why it matters: The internal tug-of-war over Joe Biden’s diet is just one of many public and private steps being taken by close aides and the first lady to keep the 80-year-old president healthy as he prepares to run for a second term.
Here’s the thing: Joe Biden is 80 years old. I genuinely couldn’t care less what he eats. Let him eat all the ice cream and churros he wants (I’m talking to both Axios and to Jill Biden here), and in exchange, he retires and disappears from public life for whatever time he’s got left. Everybody wins.
The only way we could win even harder is if just about all the MSM journalists retired, too, and we got to start all over again with people who actually do actual journalism.

For real, though. Who cares? Somebody at Axios got paid to write an article about Joe Biden preferring churros to salad. And somebody else at Axios got paid to read that article and say, “Yeah! Looks great to me! Let’s run this thing!” If this is the sort of thing that passes for journalism at Axios, my kids have got some solid pitches and would love to earn some money for toys and candy and stuff.
