"We didn't want to call in the National Guard for nothing!" <- Thinking behind announcing Ferguson grand jury findings after it gets dark.

#Ferguson Grand Jury Announcement Expected After 6pm…
You Know, Because It's Better To Riot Under The Cover of Dark

Tactically, announcing grand jury decision as night falls on #Ferguson MO is about as dumb as it gets. WTF! This will not end well.

Waiting until its dark to make public the #Ferguson decision is probably not the greatest idea.
