Sen. Ed Markey is among the Democrats who are introducing a bill to expand the Supreme Court, which is apparently not court packing when they do it.
Senator Markey (D-Ma) is delivering remarks right now in front of the Supreme Court introducing the Judiciary Act of 2021 to expand the court to 13 justices. He’s flanked by Chairman of House Judiciary, Jerry Nadler (D-NY), and Hank Johnson (D-Ga). pic.twitter.com/o6A8FF14q2

Sen. Markey debuts bill to expand the Supreme Court: ’We are here today because the U.S. Supreme Court is broken. It is out of balance and it needs to be fixed … the court is broken because Leader Mitch McConnell, his Senate Republican colleagues, and Donald Trump broke it.’ pic.twitter.com/psdGev2JWC

Ed Markey thought nine was the right number of Supreme Court Justices back when Dems were holding out hope for Supreme Court Justice Merrick Garland. But now, salivating at the prospect of packing SCOTUS with more liberal justices, Markey’s not satisfied with nine anymore? He needs 13? Until he decides that 13 isn’t enough, either?

Well, it’s a day ending in “y,” so yes.
What category is this? "Which way is the wind blowing today" or "That's weird, right?" Or is it "What changed?" https://t.co/TomqlwX733
