As Twitchy reported earlier, CNN has filed a lawsuit against the president for revoking Jim Acosta’s credentials after he acted like an unhinged lunatic last week.
Update: The CNN lawsuit against Trump has been assigned to Judge Timothy J. Kelly, a Trump appointee who was a former counsel to Chuck Grassley.

Suppose we’d have a good deal more sympathy for the news outlet and Jim Acosta himself if they had tried to issue an apology for Acosta’s behavior instead of going straight for the lawsuit. Then again, if he’d have apologized he couldn’t play the victim quite as much.
