Howard Dean gave Chris Matthews a good chuckle Monday evening when he said that “if Donald Trump can be president…anybody can be president.”
“If Donald Trump can be president, now we know anybody can be president, right?” Dean said with a chuckle.
“We can put a man on the moon!” Matthews responded with glee.
The funniest thing about this whole exchange with Chris Matthews is that anybody could be president BUT Howard Dean.
Or Hillary Clinton.
