When you know your candidate isn’t inspirational or all that popular how do you raise money for them?

By scaring them, or at least that’s what Team Hillary thought they should do.

Aren’t the Democrats the party of the poor? Don’t they realize many of their supporters can’t give larger sums because their crap policies have kept the poor impoverished for decades?

In another email it appears they even called the Obama administration “prissy” over perhaps disagreeing with this strategy of scaring their supporters.
