This story is all over social media. Top influencers have already chosen a side without knowing any of the facts and anyone who tries to put the brakes on, is a pariah.

It's easy to ignore this because the young men involved are strangers and to be honest, terrible people. They behaved in crude and disgusting ways. Their Moms shouldn't be proud, to say the least.
That still doesn't mean rape and publishing their pictures next to those allegations is fair or just.
Here is the rub, the woman involved also made really vile choices. She consented to several group sex acts and was willingly taking drugs and drinking. She bears equal responsibility for a night that obviously went really wrong.
At best everyone directly involved took part in some despicable behavior. That includes the female.

Doesn't mean it's criminal behavior and if charges are brought I'd expect not guilty verdicts.
There are lessons here about decent behavior that don't involve prosecutors.
There is a whole lot of reflection that should happen. That's not for the legal system, though.

If women truly cannot make decisions after a drink or taking a drug, then women should not be permitted to drink alcohol. Make it a law women are forbidden to drink alcohol in America. Clearly, the Left believes women are not capable of self-control.

The lives of these men are already destroyed in the court of public opinion. Some people also know about the victim's bad behavior, but her name isn't attached to it.
It really is wild that she can put something like this in her police report and now claim that she was too drunk to consent.
