Pastor at James Talarico’s Church Says We Have No Way of Knowing If Jesus Existed

Texas Senate candidate James Talarico is campaigning hard on being a Christian — just look at how happy Jimmy Kimmel was to let him pontificate about Jesus' teachings and speculate as to what Jesus would do if he entered the Senate today. We can't imagine Kimmel being that interested in Christian teachings, at least not with any other guest.

We've seen a lot of videos of Talarico's church — some of them "undercover" — as well as pictures posted on the church's own website. As this editor wrote in a VIP post the other night, a minister said that the church was not a belief-based church, but a values-based church, and that "we don’t have a lot of people who are religious here." So what she is saying is that it's not an actual church, but a progressive social club.

In another club, a lesbian minister claimed that Talarico's campaign was all smoke and mirrors: "I can guarantee you that once he gets elected, he’ll change his tune back to where he was," she said. Talarico himself has suggested that God is pro-choice, and that Mary's pregnancy was "an affirmation that creation has to be done with consent."

A new video from The Daily Wire has a minister from Talarico's church saying that we have no way of knowing if Jesus even existed.

Again, is the cross on the church's wall just there to have something to drape the trans flag over? They're not belief-based, they're not religious, and they don't know if Jesus really existed.

I try never to judge another’s faith—that’s for God to do—but if James Talarico’s pastor says she doesn’t believe that Jesus existed or that Jesus died for our sins…

…then that “pastor” is not a Christian.

So then, what does her church teach anyway? Like if she doesn't believe what is the point of her church? I don't get it.

Wow! This is a clear example of the type of person that Jesus will say "Away from me, I never knew you".

That type of sin will not go well for her. Jesus did warn there would be more false teachers in the last days.

We think that Babs Miller does believe Jesus existed, but he was just a hippie preaching social justice.
