Mehdi Hasan, the professional interrupter formerly of MSNBC and currently of Hasan Pikersermonizing, did not so much debate Nancy Mace on Piers Morgan Uncensored as he staged a live-action tantrum the second a woman declined to recite the approved talking points about radical Islam.

Mace had the NERVE to note that certain ideologies have a rather consistent habit of treating women as disposable property. Hasan responded by talking over her, slapping the “racist bigot” label on her like a participation trophy, and then, when that failed to land, pivoting to whether she’d been hitting the bottle when she posted an AI video.

Nothing says “I respect women and oppose extremism” quite like shouting one down and changing the subject.
