Fairfax County’s Democratic prosecutor has a new explanation for how a man found not guilty by reason of insanity in a Fairfax murder case ended up with a passport and a one-way trip out of Dulles. Steve Descano is now pointing at Gov. Abigail Spanberger’s administration, arguing it was Richmond — not his office — that let Abdulloi Toshpulodzoda walk long enough to leave the country.
Heh.
That is a bold move from the same office that did not oppose the escorted embassy visit that put the travel papers in the man’s hands in the first place. When two Democrats start assigning blame over a killer on a weekend pass, the rest of Virginia should probably grab some popcorn and a subpoena.

They both should resign for the benefit of Virginia. The amount of embarrassment and harm each has inflicted is shameful.
Descant has NO SOUL.
