Lindsay Clancy’s most devoted jurors have been hopping from one TV interview to the next, weeping over poor Lindsay and the wicked man who would not vote to let her walk.
People with a working moral compass already know who the wicked person in this story is. She strangled her three children. But never mind that.
The holdout those jurors keep slamming has a name – Boston Globe and other outlets identify him as Michael P. Desronvil, and he has finally broken his silence. His account is blunt, those jurors were not converted by the evidence.
From day one, he says, eight of them were already pushing not guilty — and he called them activists.

Eight jurors, he says, were already there on day one.
"He said that from day one, he said eight of them were going for Lindsay Clancy not guilty," Marcel recounted. "That was on day one. Eight were going not guilty. Two were for guilty. And two didn't know. They didn't make up their mind."
Desronvil reportedly had a word for those eight jurors: "Activists."
"He said to him those eight felt like they were activists," Marcel said. "Every day they would vote. The eight that felt that Lindsay was not guilty were trying to convince the other four, 'Hey, Lindsay is not guilty.'"

How can anyone in this country expect to have a free trial when we see something like this? And what the heck was that prosecutor thinking with these women?!
None of this lines up or makes sense; thankfully, Desronvil couldn't be intimidated then and he's not being intimidated now.
