Scott Bessent Can't Help but LAUGH As Maxine Waters Froths and LOSES It 'Reclaiming Her Time' -WATCH

Treasury Secretary Scott Bessent showed up on Capitol Hill Tuesday to talk tariffs, inflation, and the global financial system. Ranking Democrat Maxine Waters showed up to yell. The 88-year-old California congresswoman spent her time on the House Financial Services Committee demanding yes-or-no answers, talking over the witness, and hitting the greatest hits: “reclaiming my time.”

Bessent, for his part, kept his seat and his composure while telling her the line of questioning wasn’t making sense. He also looked like he was about to laugh at any minute ... and who could blame him?

If you needed a reminder that some committee hearings are less oversight than performance art, Waters just queued the clip.
