Scuzzy Documentarian Rips Elon Musk: Momma Musk and Others Respond

We already know that Hollywood is filled to the brim with very wealthy, socially insecure, dogmatically rigid hypocrites with zero self-awareness. They also make movies.

Well, when they're not making us laugh, they performing Very Important acts like propping up communist dictators, trying to out Left each other with every new cause and, of course, fighting anything vaguely related to Trump.

Elon Musk is their Emmanuel Goldstein and their Two Minutes Hate is their reason to get up in the morning, which brings us to this 'explosive new film' that suggests Musk is not just rich, but dangerous!

The rest of the Tweet.

“Someone who worked closely with Elon told me, ‘He’s the most miserable man I’ve ever met.’ So he’s inflicting his misery on everyone else.”  For the latest cover story, THR’s Steven Zeitchik sits down with Gibney in the editing suite as he finishes ‘Musk,’ the four-hour documentary:

The article is as bloated as the ego of the writer, who doesn't hide his agenda.

From the article:

At stake with Musk, its creator [Gibney] wants to tell us, is nothing less than the future of democracy. And to spread that message, he has enlisted some of the biggest media companies around — including, improbably enough, the one soon to be owned by Trump ally David Ellison.

Privileged elites who drove the cultural narrative for decades are now watching it slip away and this is what they're truly concerned about. It's as if 'democracy' and what they believe we should think and feel were the same thing.

Back to the Tweet. Someone told Gibney that Musk is miserable and seeks to inflict his misery on others. So here we have a director who doesn't like Musk citing an anonymous source to a like-minded Hollywood Reporter journalist and that's the hook for the article.

Well, someone did go on record to debunk the claim.

Hi mom! While we suspect that mamma Musk is biased, we'll take her word over a bunch of pretentious champagne socialists. Fortunately Elon does have fans and plenty of others who simply don't have an axe to grind.

The rest.

“Like Elon’s ‘free market.’ Definitely not free and unaffordably expensive.”

September 20, 2022: Recommended a Polestar over a Tesla, adding “Bonus: when you buy one you are not giving your money to Elon Musk.”

When a director hates and despises the subject they are covering, you will never get a fair and balanced documentary. I would be interested in a documentary about the person building rockets, autonomous cars, robots, a brain-computer interface, and tunnels who occasionally became a trillionaire — but the director’s clear bias makes this a predictable hit piece not rooted in truth.

Maybe Alex Gibney, the misery ailing you is the misery you bring with yourself?

'Dangerous'? Like justifying murdering a CEO or a bank employee?

Let's hear from Musk's other fans besides his mother.

dying of cancer? I don’t think so. Sometimes, actions speak louder than the boxoffice.

He sounds absolutely miserable.

No matter what good he accomplishes, they will ascribe the worst motives and explain how it either doesn't count or was done the wrong way.

Thanks to the Internet and Elon Musk, they've lost the ability to censor people who think and say bad things such as we 'should not allow illegal immigration' or that 'socialism has failed everywhere it has been tried.'

Sums it up perfectly.

This post has already run too long, but if you want an extra credit assignment and see who the person behind the film is and what he's truly about, read about Gibney here.
