Mike Rogers just dropped a Friday Night Lights ad that treats Michigan like Michigan, and Abdul El-Sayed’s old seminar notes are the opposing team.

The socialist Senate hopeful who once diagnosed America’s most popular sport as a toxic-masculinity factory with racism as the locker-room language — then, when the general election arrived, he suddenly loved football enough to dare a 63-year-old to play tackle with no pads.

That’s not a pivot.

That's just embarrassing ... especially when referring to Ohio State as just OHIO.

Yikes.

Rogers is out there in a winged helmet jacket saying the quiet part: football isn’t a hate crime, and men don’t belong in the girls’ pool. El-Sayed’s version of “the Michigan way” is lecture first, then pretend he was always the starting center.

Good luck selling that between the hash marks.
