Mehdi Hasan Flips Out on Dana Bash for Telling the TRUTH About Hasan Piker's UGLY October 7 Comments

Mehdi Hasan is big, big, BIG mad at Dana Bash, not that it's all that unheard of for Hasan to be mad in general but still. It's not often that he's raging at anyone on CNN.

But, here we are.

Bash was walking viewers through why Piker suddenly matters in a Michigan Senate race, thanks to Abdul El-Sayed campaigning with him, and she was being very honest.

Hasan couldn't deal.

This is not true. This is a lie. He hasn’t done that. He has argued that rape by Hamas on October 7th wouldn’t justify, or change the dynamic of his opposition to, Israel’s subsequent attack on Gaza.

Hasan’s defense is the usual hair-split: Piker wasn’t blessing the October 7 rapes, he was just insisting those atrocities shouldn’t change anyone’s opposition to Israel’s war in Gaza.

That is not the dunk he thinks it is.
