If the Karmelo Anthony legal team was hoping for a quiet path to a new trial, those hopes just went up in smoke.
Bombshell texts revealed in court this week show the convicted murderer of Austin Metcalf fantasizing about violence in chilling detail — threatening to put “bullets…coming out of ur chest,” declaring, “When I st*b somebody I’m gonna lick their blood off the blade,” and texting “I’m lowkey on the verge” just two hours before he fatally stabbed the 17-year-old at a Frisco, Texas track meet.
Yikes.
