Dressed in his signature button-down, khakis, and sunglasses, the mayor’s stiff, rhythm-free gyrations in a mostly empty parking lot have already sparked a wave of online mockery, with viewers comparing the spectacle to everything from a wooden puppet to an uncle who should have stayed seated.
