Abdul El-Sayed Says He Gets ‘Older Sister Energy’ From Rashida Tlaib

Michigan Democratic Senate candidate Abdul El-Sayed seemed to take it awfully personally when the NRSC sent out a press release on his win using his full name, Abdulrahman Mohamed El-Sayed, telling them and his opponent, Mike Rogers, to keep Abdulrahman out of their damn mouths if they couldn't say it. He'd be happy to give lessons. CNN's Manu Raju called out NRSC Chairman Sen. Tim Scott for calling attention (hint, hint) to the fact that El-Sayed is a Muslim, as if we didn't know that already. Byron York noted that El-Sayed is leaning into it, calling his opponent "habibi."

One more sign that El-Sayed is leaning into it. He says that the Hamas-supporting Rep. Rashida Tlaib is like his older sister.

A lot of El-Sayed fans in the replies are telling the RNC they almost made them "like" a "hate tweet" and that the video is cute. No video with Tlaib in it is cute.
