President Trump Signs Two Executive Orders on Birthright Citizenship, Birth Tourism

In a 6-3 decision in Trump v. Barbara in late June, the Supreme Court affirmed lower court rulings blocking President Donald Trump's executive order seeking to deny automatic U.S. citizenship to children born on American soil to parents who are either unlawfully present or in the country on temporary visas. On Thursday, Trump signed two new executive orders in keeping with SCOTUS' ruling but disqualifying a large number of illegal aliens from receiving birthright citizenship.

You must know that a lot of the babies being born in this country are by surrogate USA citizens. They’re being PAID to have babies from China and other countries born in the US to American mothers. This must be included and made illegal. This is 100% true. @realDonaldTrump

Good deal. Just because they have a baby here shouldn't mean that baby is a citizen here. The US is the only country in the world that allows something like that. It must stop now. We're full and don't want anymore illegal aliens. Deport them all is what I voted for.

This is easily enforced. Tourist visas should only be issued for 14 days maximum. Any female entering on a tourist visa must be examined by CBP or ICE and if visibly pregnant, denied entry.
