Maybe they’re looking in the wrong aisle?
As Twitchy reported, the latest shortage of the Biden administration is tampons. CBS News reported that women are facing another product shortage. TIME explained that “women stocked up during the pandemic and ‘the raw materials that go into tampons—cotton, rayon, and sometimes pulp and plastic for applicators—have been some of the most in-demand raw materials throughout the pandemic.'”
NPR has finally latched onto the story, but was careful to note that it’s not just women facing another product shortage — all people who menstruate are affected.
