Terrifying. Southern California endured the bloody rampage of disgruntled ex-LAPD officer-turned-cop-killer Christopher Dorner just four months ago. Now, Los Angeles is in a citywide tactical alert after four officers — three police and one probation officer — were shot within the last 15 hours. One suspect is reportedly in custody. The latest shooting apparently took place in South Los Angeles; local media say the police officer was shot in the face.
