Obama will travel to Dallas Tuesday and speak at memorial for victims

President Obama is cutting his trip to Europe short so that he can travel to Dallas Tuesday to be part of a memorial for the police officers who were attacked and killed Thursday night.

This comes after Saturday’s comments by the president in which he said the motives of the shooter were hard to “untangle.”
