As we told you earlier, the New York Times busted on that New Yorker hit piece on Kavanaugh, stating the paper “could find no one with firsthand knowledge” of the incident and correctly noting that “Ms. Ramirez herself contacted former Yale classmates asking if they recalled the incident and told some them that she could not be certain Mr. Kavanaugh was the one who exposed himself”:

But in today’s world, this reporting on Ramirez that should told her friends that she herself was not certain if it was Kavanaugh or not, is just a “GOP Hill talking point”:

“Talking point” is the new “conservatives pounce”?
Journalists announcing what is a “talking point” is the new “conservatives pounce” for the horrible week we are heading into. https://t.co/wQ8gtJH4dH

And why wouldn’t we “talking point” the hell out of it? The New Yorker story should never have been written if Ramirez can’t even be certain that it was Kavanaugh who exposed himself to her at the party:
If by talking point, you mean truth, sure. https://t.co/D7UglGocst

It's not a "talking point" it's fact.
Which is kind of the point.
This accusation is baseless https://t.co/Nf09oDtXFN— WhigsnTwigs (@WhigsnTwigs) September 24, 2018
Baseless indeed.
