If Hillary Clinton thought she was out of the woods on her email scandal, then she would be mistaken as the the federal judge handling the Judicial Watch lawsuit just ordered her to answer questions on the use of her private email server while Secretary of State:
Court rules Hillary Clinton will have to answer written questions under oath about her email scandal. Another @JudicialWatch victory.

She has 30 days to answer once she receives the questions:
Clinton will, however, have to answer written questions – under oath – submitted by @JudicialWatch within 30 days https://t.co/po5WDZkFie

Boo-hoo.
Judicial Watch released a statement saying they were “pleased” with the decision and that it’s a reminder that “Hillary Clinton is not above the law”:

It wasn’t a complete win for Judicial Watch as the judge did rule that Clinton didn’t have to sit for a deposition in the case:
MORE: Lawyers for Judicial Watch, who submitted request, wanted Clinton deposed in person. Judge did not grant that request.
