The Democrats' no good, terrible month continues today, because we now know the Virginia Supreme Court has ruled that the Democrats' attempt to gerrymander themselves a 10-1 advantage violate the state's Constitution.

As we told you yesterday, the Tennessee legislature is following the law by redrawing state voting districts after the Supreme Court ruled that racial gerrymandering is illegal.
