Yesterday CNN’s Don Lemon interviewed Biden press secretary Karine Jean-Pierre and actually “went there” with a question about the president’s mental state:
Lemon: “Does the president has the stamina, physically and mentally, do you think to continue on even after 2024?"

LOL. “That’s not a question we should even be asking.”
“We”? Clearly this administration thinks the White House and media should be on the same team (to a large degree they still are). Don Lemon’s random act of journalism clearly caught Jean-Pierre off guard.
After Lemon’s interview with Biden’s spox, Van Jones was asked about this and said many Democrats would like the White House should be more transparent about the president’s cognitive state:
“If he's ready to go, people in this party are ready to back him up"
