DC Mayor reminds residents there's 'nothing scarier' than conversing with a maskless individual (and people have thoughts)

Washington, DC Mayor Muriel Bowser is encouraging people in her city to wear masks wherever they go. She’s even reminding residents of the sheer horror that could await if not everybody masks up before going out:

If that maskless person is a complete psychopath maybe Bowser’s onto something. Otherwise, she might have missed the mark with that attempt to use fear to get people to fall in line:

Bowser gave herself (and her staff) a waiver from the city’s coronavirus regs because this was considered “essential travel”:
