'Let it go'! Neil deGrasse Tyson lets Disney know what's wrong with Frozen 2 poster (and people have thoughts)

A Disney poster for Frozen 2 is among the things that have not escaped scrutiny from the Cliff Clavin of the science community, Neil deGrasse Tyson:

Dear @Disney, You got it right the first time. Water crystals have hexagonal “six-fold” symmetry.

You still have a few months to fix your #Frozen2 Movie Poster, unless the sequel takes place in another universe, where water crystalizes to different laws of physics. pic.twitter.com/eb2oILhim0

Consider yourselves SCHOOLED, Disney science deniers!

It’s a cartoon. A snowman talks and sings and dances. A princess has magical powers that nearly turned her sister into an ice zombie. Pretty sure the ENTIRE GENRE OF DISNEY PRINCESS MOVIES take place in alternate universes. https://t.co/QgjD9Agdjc

Maybe it's just a symbol that's only meant to be evocative of a crystal, you pedantic bore. https://t.co/Ti7V2NQN3w

It takes place in a universe where snowmen can talk and sing, Neil. https://t.co/31SH3UyLik

Maybe they do in Neil’s world.
