'Weird,' right!? Instapundit makes a STARTLING observation about media 'mistakes'

As Twitchy told you yesterday, Pro Publica issued this major correction:

There was even more:

Of course, by the time the correction was issued the story had taken on a life of its own, but MSNBC’s Chris Hayes agreed that it’s a doozy of a mistake:
