Seriously, what can you do? You can send the video to his employer and try to get him fired. But frustratingly, there's not much to be done legally.
I looked at TikTok.com this morning for reasons I can't remember. I don't have the app … something about it attracts psychos, and maybe even contributes to their mental illness. This guy may be more mentally ill than that church shooter. How he functions among other people in society is a mystery to me.
