Seriously, what can you do? You can send the video to his employer and try to get him fired. But frustratingly, there's not much to be done legally.
I looked at TikTok.com this morning for reasons I can't remember. I don't have the app … something about it attracts psychos, and maybe even contributes to their mental illness.
