Dr. Jill Biden Says Donald Trump Is 'Dangerous' to LGTBQ People

Twitter

Look, Dr. Jill Biden is an idiot. Sorry, but Pete Buttigieg wasn't the first gay cabinet member, it was Richard Grenell. (Grenell didn't count, though, because he wasn't approved by the Senate.) The Trump administration launched a global campaign to end the criminalization of homosexuality. Donald Trump was the first president to enter office in support of same-sex marriage; both Barack Obama and Joe Biden opposed it. Senator Joe Biden voted for the Defense of Marriage Act in 1996.

But Storyteller-in-Chief Biden doesn't remember it that way; he claims he's supported same-sex marriage since the '60s:

“I can remember exactly when my epiphany was. I hadn’t thought about it much, to tell you the truth. I was a senior in high school and my dad was dropping me off. I remember about to get out of the car, and I looked to my right and two well-dressed men in suits kissed each other. They gave each other a kiss. And then one went, looked like he was headed to the DuPont building. The other looked like he was headed to the Hercules Corporation building. And I never forget it. I turned and looked at my dad. ‘Joey, it’s simple. They love each other.’”

"The View's" Whoopi Goldberg warned us in January that if Trump were re-elected, he'd "disappear" all the journalists and gay folks. Jill Biden apparently agrees:

Darlene Superville reports for the ÅP:

Jill Biden rallied LGBTQ voters for President Joe Biden ‘s reelection campaign on Friday, calling likely rival Donald Trump a “bully” who is “dangerous” to their community and urging its members to “fight like hell” to keep the Republican from defeating her husband in November.

She said outside forces are working to undo the community’s “hard-won gains” by stripping away rights and freedoms and states are passing laws “targeting this community.” She encouraged members to spend every day until the Nov. 5 election working to gin up support for the Democratic ticket of Biden and Vice President Kamala Harris.

“Donald Trump is a bully. He is dangerous to the LGBTQ community, to our families, to our country, and we cannot let him win,” the first lady said at the event held by the Human Rights Campaign, a prominent civil rights organization for lesbian, gay, bisexual, transgender and queer people.

Ah, she was speaking to the Human Rights Campaign, who believed every word of that.

Biden does support gay men having sex in a Senate hearing room and filming it, as well as trans women flashing their fake breasts on the White House lawn.

I'm not seeing a lot of confidence from the Democrats that Biden is going to win in a landslide in 2024. They seem … nervous.
