Transgender pastor compares treatment of the trans community to Jesus being crucified

As Twitchy reported earlier, die-hard Trump supporter Rep. Marjorie Taylor Greene compared Donald Trump to Jesus, whom she said was arrested and murdered. We wouldn’t go quite that far, but it’s a lot less offensive than an Easter message reported on by the New York Post. A transgender pastor in Fargo, North Dakota, told a small congregation that the trans community is like Jesus, who was betrayed and crucified. It’s funny (in a sad way) how they tried to claim Trump incited the January 6 mob with a tweet, and yet continual references to trans genocide aren’t considered to have inspired Audrey Hale to shoot up a Christian school in Nashville.

Kristine Parks of Fox News reports:

After reading the Biblical account of Jesus’ crucifixion, [Micah] Louwagie immediately brought up the mass shooting in Nashville.

“Some folks have tried to focus on eradicating trans people as a solution, because they have been waiting, just waiting for an opportunity such as this. They’ve been waiting for a reason, any reason to stoke their hatred,” Louwagie said.

The pastor goes on to deride “allies” who abandon and “betray” transgender persons, like Jesus’s disciples who fled when he was arrested.

The pastor also compared how transgenders were treated in the U.S. to the Holocaust and Japanese internment camps later on in the message.

A week after the mass shooting in Nashville by a transgender child-killer, Bud Light made a special can with Dylan Mulvaney’s face on it to commemorate “her” 365 days of girlhood. Sounds like genocide to us.

This was a Lutheran church, so read into that what you will.
