We’re read a lot about the “science” behind transgender athletes, and we’re continually told that they hold no advantage over their biologically female teammates. “60 Minutes Australia,” which appears to be just as fair and balanced as America’s version, talked to trans rugby player Hannah Mouncey as well as a doctor who’s also a trans athlete. She explains that yes, Mouncey used to have a six-cylinder engine powering that big frame of hers, but with all of the hormone therapy, now she’s running a little four-cylinder engine, actually putting her at a physical disadvantage.
Rugby League has made a ruling to ban transgender athletes from competing in international events just days after their ban from swimming. In 2017, Dr Lisa Watson, a specialist in transgender health issues spoke with #60Mins over the decision to ban AFL player @HannahMouncey. pic.twitter.com/De1lq1H0FH

Were Hannah's female opponents not available to give their opinions of this ruling?
Perhaps this picture can tell you how they feel about Hannah and other transwomen being included in their sport: pic.twitter.com/5Uuv99mVVi

“Hannah’s body has no residual [advantages].” They’re trolling us, right? https://t.co/sXSK9Rg2uj pic.twitter.com/7YWMTSmX7t

The Emperor’s New Clothes never made sense to me before but I see how the concept behind it works now.

Can't the average human female bench press a refrigerator?

Who's the bruiser in the picture? I thought this story was about a girl named Hannah. Just asking.

Unintentionally hilarious for several reasons
1) doc’s use of a car analogy which men have more of a tendency to do
2) The march up the stairs unable to put the arms down due to his massive shoulders
3)the look into the distance with a tree trunk neck and chiseled jaw pic.twitter.com/rn7hd7STU6— Caitlin Markel (@CaitlinMarkel) June 22, 2022
30 years ago this could have been viewed as a comedy skit on Monty Python, now it’s being pushed onto the programmable masses as something to be concerned about. We’re screwed.

I'm a 6 ft tall woman who played a lot of sports and I would never want to play against "Hannah". We may be similar height, but they have more muscle mass than I do.

"Hannah" looks like "Hannah" would snap my arm in an arm wrestling match

So is the “doctor” claiming his heart and lungs shrunk when he went on HRT? Because that’s the only way the engine analogy makes sense.

“The female competitors haven’t raised their voices at all”. -so no thought to them feeling silenced and intimidated to speak up. They must just be okay with it.

Lia Thomas’ teammates had to come out anonymously just to say anything and then were told by their university to attend counseling if they had a problem with a biological male in the locker room.
